When Intero started in 2002, Jim was the Founding Broker Associate of the company. Obtaining his broker’s license in 1993 he became a broker-lender before transitioning into real estate, as a broker-agent in 1999. He was a Top Producing Lender in the 90’s, helping countless veterans secure a VA Loan.
After transitioning to real estate sales from lending, he produced a large volume of commission revenue his first couple years - at which time management urged him to teach a class called, How to Make One Million Dollars Your First Year in Real Estate. The notes from that class were the starting point for a book he wrote called, A Guide to MAKING IT in Real Estate.
