When Intero started in 2002, Jim was the Founding Broker Associate of the company. Obtaining his broker’s license in 1993 he became a broker-lender before transitioning into real estate, as a broker-agent in 1999. He was a Top Producing Lender in the 90’s, helping countless veterans secure a VA Loan.
After transitioning to real estate sales from lending, he produced a large volume of commission revenue his first couple years - at which time management urged him to teach a class called, How to Make One Million Dollars Your First Year in Real Estate. The notes from that class were the starting point for a book he wrote called, A Guide to MAKING IT in Real Estate.

Bill Harrigan is the First Senior Vice President at Intero Commercial. Before joining Intero Commercial, Bill was ranked in the top (5) producing agents nationally with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Licensed since 1979; Bill has 35+ years of experience in the business, specializing in investment grade real estate since 1984.
Bill has superior knowledge for asset types including Multi-Residential, Hospitality, Mixed-Use Redevelopment, Retail and Office. Establishing long term relationships with clients and institutions has allowed Bill to build a successful platform for national and international business. Bill earned his B. S. Degree from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, Colorado.

Jason Gill started his career as a Financial Advisor after graduating from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Global Business degree. He obtained his Series 7 & Series 66 from FINRA. For 7 years as a Wealth Manager he specialized in commodities, securities, and other financial instruments (including DPP's and REIT's). After a battle with cancer his work with REIT's prompted him to jump into real estate investment. In 2017, he began his real estate career with the Doors Group out of Intero's HQ in Cupertino, CA. Jason joined the Carter | Harrigan Group in 2019 to help target Mobile Home Park and RV acquisitions.
